WHY TRADE IT IN?
Trading something in can partially offset the cost of a new/ pre-owned vehicle. The trade in's net value goes towards the purchase or lease of a new/ pre-owned vehicle.
WHY IS IT BENEFICIAL TO TRADE SOMETHING IN?
Trading something in saves you from the hassle of trying to sell the item yourself and any costs associated to selling (advertising the item, showing the item, etc.) We may offer you a price you may not have been able to get yourself! If you sell the item and it has any issues, you could have the customer returning to you to complain - trading in to us eliminates this! Oftentimes people choose to trade in vehicles due to poor fuel economy, lack of warranty, or lack of practicality.
WHY WOULD SOMEONE NOT TRADE SOMETHING IN?
If you think you can get a better price selling privately and are willing to put the time, effort, and hassle into the private sale - then don't trade in. However, we are always here if you should have any questions along the way.
WHAT HAPPENS TO TRADE INS?
Upon arrival on our lot, we would take them into the shop to get an inspection done, and a detail. Some units are kept on the lot and resold. Many units may be sent to auction. Auction prices often do not match the sum credited toward a new/ pre-owned vehicle, but they absorb the losses as sales incentives.
HOW MUCH SHOULD I EXPECT TO GET?
Many factors go into how much a trade in is worth, and it depends on the unit to be specific. We have a handful of experts in many different areas of expertise that we use as references to help get you the best value for your trade in. For vehicles, as an example, we take into account the milage, overall condition, damage, known mechanical problems, condition of tires and windshield, and many other factors to provide you with the most accurate value.
